2. Collection and storage of personal data; type and purpose of use

When you order from us, the following information is collected:

- Address, title, first name, last name
- Address
- E-mail address
- Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
- Fax number (if available & if desired)


In addition, all information necessary for us to fulfil the contract with you is collected.

Personal data are collected,

- to identify you as our customer;
- to advise you appropriately;
- in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you;
- in order to meet our legal obligations:
- to correspond with you;
- for invoicing;
- for the purposes of permissible direct advertising;
- to assert any claims against you.


The processing of the personal data takes place on the occasion of your inquiry with us and is necessary for the purposes mentioned for the processing of your order and for the fulfilment of obligations from the underlying contract.

The collected personal data will be stored until the end of the legal obligation to store them for merchants (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship was terminated) and then deleted. This does not apply in exceptional cases if we are obliged to store data for a longer period due to tax or commercial storage obligations (in accordance with HGB, StGB or AO) or if you have consented to further storage.

The legal basis of the described data processing is Art. 6 para. 1b GDPR.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Exceptions to this only apply insofar as this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you. This includes in particular the passing on to service providers commissioned by us (so-called contract processors) or other third parties whose activities are necessary for the execution of the contract. The data passed on may be used by the third party exclusively for the purposes mentioned.

- Rights of data subjects

As the data subject, you have the right to information pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, the right to correction pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, the right to cancellation pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, the right to limitation of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR and the right to data transfer pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR. The restrictions in §§ 34, 35 BDSG apply to the right to information and the right to cancellation. In addition, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).

- Obligation to notify of the person responsible, right of cancellation

We will notify all recipients to whom your personal data have been disclosed of any correction or deletion of your personal data or any restriction on processing pursuant to Art. 16, Art. 17 para. 1 and Art. 18 GDPR, unless the notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. We will inform you of the recipients if you so request.

- Right of objection

You have the right, for reasons arising from your specific situation, to object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time, which is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. (1)(e) of (f) GDPR for reasons that arise from your particular situation. If personal data are processed in order to operate direct mail, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising.

- Right of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

Pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 p. 4 GDPR you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. The legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation is not affected. This means that the revocation only applies to any processing planned after the revocation. Revocation is possible without a specific form by post or e-mail. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data, unless another (legal) basis allows this. However, if a revocation is made and no other grounds for authorisation exist, then in accordance with Art. 17 para. 2 letter b GDPR, the personal data will be deleted immediately at your request. 6. Online data processing

Certain personal data, including the IP address of website visitors, is also processed via our website at The storage of IP address and time of registration serves the purpose of ensuring the security of our information technology systems. This is also in our legitimate interest, which is why the processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1, letter f GDPR is permissible.
